Returns Policy :
Our goal is to make sure every customer is 100% satisfied. We offer a 30 day hassle-free return policy on all of our products. You may return the item within 30 days of purchase date for any reason. Items must be in original condition. No returns on items that have been altered by your jeweler.

Do you pay for return shipping cost?
If the products is being returned due to our mistake then we certainly do. In those cases, please contact us for a return label. If the product is being returned to due to a change of heart or the product didn’t fit, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the return shipping.
When and how will my refund be processed?
The refund will be processed once the item is received in our office. The payment will be refunded in full. We do not process returns as store credit and do not charge any restocking fees.
The price of an item is not confirmed until the customer completes the order. In addition, despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be mispriced and the price will be verified prior to shipment.
If the correct price is lower than the stated price, Michael Bay Jewelry will charge the lower price and ship the item. If the correct price is higher, Michael Bay Jewelry will, at its discretion, either contact the customer prior to shipment or cancel the order and notify the customer of the cancellation.
